Preparation and Shipping

• Your package is prepared the same day for any order placed before 12pm, or the next day for orders placed after 12pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Your package is then handled by the carrier for delivery to a pick-up point or to your home.
• You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is shipped, containing a tracking number to monitor the delivery of your order.

Shipping Rates

• Standard delivery (Chronopost 2Shop): €8.90 incl. VAT, free for orders over €180 incl. VAT.
• Express delivery (UPS): €15.90 incl. VAT. Express delivery is never free, regardless of the order amount.
• For deliveries outside the European Union, including Switzerland and French overseas territories, customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on peak periods.

Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with applicable law, you have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of receipt of your order. Returned items must be unworn (tried on for fitting only), in their original condition and accompanied by their packaging.

Only one return or exchange request is accepted per order, regardless of the reason:

• Right of withdrawal
• Size exchange
• Exchange due to defect or product issue

For this first and only request, return shipping costs and, where applicable, re-shipping costs are fully covered by the house.

Any additional return or exchange request for the same order will be subject to a logistics fee of €15 incl. VAT, covering the return label and re-shipping.

To submit your return request, please visit your customer account. Once approved by our team, you will be able to print your return label.

Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the items by our quality team, within a maximum of 14 business days. The refund is issued directly to your original payment method.
