Preparations and Shipping

  • Your package is prepared the same day for any order placed before 12pm or the next day for orders placed after 12pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Your package is then handled by the carrier for delivery to a relay point or home on the following day (D+1).
  • You will receive an information e-mail as soon as your package is shipped containing the order tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your package delivery.

Delivery Costs

  • Pick-up point delivery in 2/3 working days after shipping (Metropolitan France): 4€ including tax, free for orders over 200€ including tax.
  • Home delivery via Standard UPS, 1/2 working days after shipping (Metropolitan France): 8€ including tax, free for purchases over 200€ .
  • Delivery in Europe: between 6€ and 35€ depending on the zone for pick-up point, delivery in 4/5 working days after shipping. Between 12€ and 35€ via Standard UPS depending on the zone, delivery in 2/5 working days after shipping.
  • Delivery to French overseas departments and territories (excluding Saint Martin): Chronopost Express between 40€ and 60€ depending on the zone.
  • Delivery rest of the world: 35€ via Standard UPS
  • For delivery outside the European Union, including Switzerland and for delivery to French overseas territories, customs fees may be applied and are payable by the customer.

Returns

  • Have you received items that do not finally suit you? No worries, you have 14 days from the dispatch of your order to return these products unworn (for fitting only) and in their original condition, without having to justify yourself.
  • If you live in Metropolitan France, to return the items, you simply have to create a return request through the contact form. After our teams validate it, you can print your return label.
  • Returns for Metropolitan France are 100% free.

  • Your return is received and processed within 8 working days. We will then propose the requested size adjustment or a refund directly on your credit card.
